Refund policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned order, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at jhanakthejewelry@gmail.com

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
